Zoning Philosophy
The plan separates the estate by activity intensity. Retail and office sit closest to the public road edge where footfall and vehicular access belong. Residential towers step back into the site, lifted above a podium so homes look onto landscape rather than parking.
Movement And Parking
Residential drop-off, retail parking and service access are planned as separate movement systems. The intent is that a delivery vehicle never enters the residential forecourt. Bay counts and basement levels:Update Soon.
