What A Complete Cost Sheet Shows
A proper cost sheet is unit-specific, not configuration-specific. It names the tower, floor and unit number, states carpet and built-up area separately, applies the rate, then lists every additional head with its own amount rather than bundling them into an 'other charges' line.

Reading It Honestly
Compare projects on the all-inclusive figure per carpet square foot, not on the advertised base rate. Two projects quoting the same headline rate can differ materially once parking, club and backup charges are added.
